We now offer two ways for you to arrange a booking with us. Ideally we’d welcome your call so that we can discuss your exact requirements and your dog’s groom to assess the time required for the appointment. You can now also book online.

Alternatively you may wish to select a date and time suitable for you to bring your pet into us. If this is the case please fill in the form providing as many details about your dog (breed / size /medical or behavioural issues etc. ) as possible and we will contact you to confirm availability.
This information helps us to ensure we accommodate and support any special requirements or needs your dog may have and also allow adequate time for the groom.
Please note that completion of this form does not constitute a confirmed booking until we respond to you.
If you are aware your dog has fleas then please do not bring them into the salon until they have been treated and are clear.
We do accept that the nature of dogs means that it is possible your pet may come into the salon with fleas of which you are unaware.
If your dog comes into the salon with fleas, we will treat your pet with our specialist flea and tick shampoo and give you advice on how to treat your pet at home to prevent reoccurrence.
If your dog should come into the salon with fleas there will be a £12 surcharge to the groom to cover the cost of the treatment to both the dog and the salon premises.
